What this site is for, who it serves, and how we think about our editorial independence.
Humanoid Robot Shop is an independent UK resource for people evaluating, comparing and buying humanoid robots. We are not a manufacturer. We do not hold stock. We do not represent any brand.
We exist because the UK humanoid robotics market is forming rapidly and there is no single credible, UK-specific source that translates what manufacturers are building into what a UK buyer, researcher or business actually needs to know.
What we do
We research the humanoid robot models available or accessible to UK buyers, document what is genuinely known about their capabilities and pricing, identify UK resellers and hire providers, and produce practical guides for people at different stages of the buying process.
Our coverage spans developer and research platforms available today through to enterprise systems and the consumer market that is expected to develop from 2027 onwards. We try to be honest about what each category involves: timelines, costs, technical requirements and what real-world deployment actually looks like versus manufacturer marketing.
We are building this resource now, ahead of peak commercial demand, so that by the time UK buyers are arriving in large numbers, the reference material is established and trusted.
Editorial standards
We do not publish figures we cannot verify. Where pricing, specification or availability data is unconfirmed, we say so explicitly. The humanoid robotics space is full of reported estimates and manufacturer projections that may or may not materialise on the timescales claimed. We do not treat projections as facts.
Where a figure is widely reported but not independently verified by us, we attribute it to its source and note its verification status. This is especially important for UK pricing, where published USD figures do not translate directly to UK landed cost after import duty, freight and VAT.

Commercial independence
This site earns revenue through referral commissions. When a visitor follows a link to a manufacturer, reseller or hire provider and proceeds to a purchase or enquiry, we may receive a commission. This is disclosed on every page that carries a referral link.
Our editorial coverage is not for sale. We do not publish positive reviews in exchange for commercial arrangements. We do not accept payment to omit or soften coverage of a product's weaknesses. Any sponsored content is clearly labelled as such and kept separate from editorial pages.
We are at an early stage of building commercial relationships with UK resellers and manufacturers. Where those relationships exist, we will state them. Where they do not, we will say that too.
Where we are now
This site launched in September 2026. The UK humanoid robot market is genuinely early. The purchase routes described in our guides are real but limited. The reseller landscape is sparse. Pricing is often opaque.
We are building this resource incrementally as the market develops. Pages will be updated, new models added, and reseller relationships documented as they are verified. If you are looking for a live retail catalogue with in-stock items and next-day delivery, this is not that site. If you are trying to understand what humanoid robots are actually available to a UK buyer, how to approach a purchase, and what to expect, this is the right place.
